Hi! I’m Dana, a Health and Life Coach. As a former educator and  health care professional, I saw many women struggle to meet life demands, especially as midlife challenges began to appear. Re-connection to former dreams and refreshing priorities brings a fresh perspective to the years in the second half of life.  I work with women as they find ways to re-prioritize  caring for themselves in these midlife years. The ripple effects from  doing so begins on the inside  and works outward, impacting  others around us too
