Delight!!

Delight is a wonderful word, and to see it, to say it just makes me want to smile. Do you want to know why?

  Delight  means to bring great pleasure., and satisfaction It is unique to each of us and resonates deeply with the mind and heart. That "something" could be a long ago forgotten but treasured item, or maybe an unplanned block of time to do as I wish.  Delight-filled experiences or people bring refreshment, ease worries for a time,  I love that they are just as unique as each of us, and nobody can take it way.

  I suppose the question becomes, what is it that brings me delight? Often, we are not looking for it, but delight can be a spontaneous event, and when it happens, it is very evident on our face. All muscles tend to relax, eyes sparkle and a smile can lift the corners of our mouth
